"Joshua is an amazing coach! He really takes the time to know his clients. I can ask him any question and he will answer it right away. He makes sure to check in with you every day and if you have any problems works with you to get that solved out. He works around your schedule and goals. He won't force you to do something but will advise you what is good and not which always leads me to do the thing that he believes is best for my goals. For example, I started creatine and we noticed it was bloating me so he suggested I stop. He did not just straight up tell me to stop, which I love about him and his program. The workouts are perfect, I love how they spread out from full-body workouts to ab days or booty workouts. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to start on a weight-loss journey! He will be there to guide and advise you on the right path. The app is also super convenient to track your workouts and get advice."
